Did you know… if you hold down the Command (open Apple) and Shift keys and hit the 3 key, you get a snapshot of your entire screen. If you hold down those two keys and hit the 4 key, you’ll get crosshairs with which you can select a portion of the screen and get a picture of that. And if that weren’t enough, if you add the Control key to the first two before hitting the 3 or 4 keys, the computer will put your screenshot onto the clipboard from which you can paste it into the body of your document. Seriously.

Please note that the items circled in red, must be enter exactly as typed. Those circled in green, must be modified for your individual settings.
