Technology Department
While“technically” housed at Scotch Plains- Fanwood High School, the members of the Technology Department serve all eight schools and the Administrative offices of the district. They are:

The main phone number for the Helpdesk is (908) 889-8600 x3507. In the event of an emergency, please contact us by phone but the most efficient way to resolve your technical issues involving computers and their peripherals (printers, document cameras, etc.),software, Citrix, network or projectors is by creating a ticket using our HelpDesk system. Inside the district, you can start a work order at http://helpdesk/portal but if you’re outside the district, you can email helpdesk@spfk12.org and a ticket will be automatically created for you.
If you are submitting your first trouble ticket on the website, you will need to register using your SPF email address by filling in a form with your contact information and best time to reach you and for that first and subsequent tickets. Please give a detailed description of the problem you’re incurring as well as the equipment you are using.
