Please note that in an effort to (1) reduce costs and (2) streamline the approval process, the procedure for copying all Event and/or Reminder Flyers is now being changed effective immediately. The McGinn PTA pays dues to the District Copying Center. It is therefore a matter of fiscal responsibility to amend our current procedures and ultimately reduce costs. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

The new procedure will be as follows:

1. Chairperson shall give draft of all flyers to appropriate Vice President (Fundraising or Programming) for review
2. Any requested changes shall be made by committe chair, then
3. Final Draft AND Copy Request Form goes back to VP
4. VP submits FINAL DRAFT and COPY REQUEST FORM** to President and Principal/Main Office for approval
5. Main Office will send flyer to copy center through inter-office mail system
4. Within 3-5 days, flyer will be sent back to main office and distributed

**Copy Request Form is available in the Main Office.

Please note that you will need to allow for the possible increase in turn-around time. However, you will now be relieved of counting copies and distributing them as this will now be handled by staff.
