Because of the increase in the volume of traffic in and around McGinn School, the Fanwood Borough Council needs to ensure that emergency equipment can access the surrounding streets.  To that end, the Fanwood Borough Council had posted "No Parking" signs on the following streets in the area of McGinn School.  There will be no parking on these posted streets from 8am to 9pm school days only.

  • Trenton Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue on the south side of the street.
  • Roosevelt Avenue from Trenton Avenue to Daniel Place, east side of the street.
  • Daniel Place east of Roosevelt Avenue to the dead end, north side of the street.
  • If there are any comments, concerns or questions, please contact Sgt. Howard Jarvis, Fanwwod Police Department, (908) 322-5000, ext. 153

Also, new this year is our web site, as you can see. We have implemented a new system. We are working to update all the information on the site to help keep you informed. Please check back often for updates.

GOT CMS?

McGinn School does! That's right, we now use Content Management System (CMS) to organize and edit our site. The CMS gives us the ability to have multiple "content" providers like PTA, school administration, and even teachers. So check back often for more up to date information.
