Music Booster Volunteer Interest Form 2008-2009
The success of any
organization is dependent upon the willingness of the membership to become
actively involved. We are in the process of developing the Executive Board for
the 2007-08 school year. Most of the committee chair positions are already
filled, but don’t be discouraged, we are always in need of additional volunteers
to lend a helping hand to these committees and to train as a future chairperson.
We hope one of our committees will pique your
interest. Thank you in advance for volunteering your time and talent to this
worthwhile organization.
This volunteer
form may be returned to the “Blue Box” located in the HS music staff office
or you may e-mail Joe Matrale or
Laura Matrale or contact the Chairperson
directly.

ATTENTION - MARCHING BAND FAMILIES
Snack Donations Requested (Bake or Buy)
We need your help to provide snacks for the Marching Band, and the visiting
band, for each
home football game and any dinner events. Each student gets a drink and 2
snacks. Volunteers each provide 24 individually wrapped snacks, a few people
bake but most of us buy them! The snack can be cookies, brownies, chips, rice-crispie
treats, apples, pretzels, cupcakes, bags of trail-mix.....
Email Dawn Harrison if you can
help. I will let you know the date, time and where to deliver them. Most
families donate two or three times each season, depending on the number of
events. This is an easy way to help and the students really appreciate the
snacks.

Concert Admissions
As we plan for our upcoming 2008-2009 concert season, we are seeking parents who
would like to help out with collecting voluntary donations at our choral and
band concerts. For each concert, there are 2 shifts: 6:30 to 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm
to intermission. This is a wonderful way to become involved with Music Boosters,
and we appreciate any help you can offer us.
If you are interested, please contact
