Tour of Terrill (Feb 5, 2008)

On February 5, 2008, the PTA Council organized a tour of Terrill Middle School for the families & the SPF community. It was led by Terrill principal, Mr. Holloway, Asst Principal, Mr. Klimko along with Terrill PTA President, Joan Caramico, PTA Council President, Deb Brody and PTA Council Vice President, Karen Kulikowski. It was a unique opportunity for the attendees to see the school while students are in classes. Questions were answered along the tour. Teachers invited the tour group into their classrooms. Refreshments were provided by Terrill PTA's Hospitality Committee.

 

A Tour of Park Middle is scheduled for February 12, 2008 beginning at 9:00 AM in the auditorium.

 

PTA-BOE Rountable (Jan 28, 2008)

The PTA - BOE Roundtable was held at Park Middle School on Monday, January 28, 2008. There were over 40 members of the community present along with Supt. of Schools, Dr. Margaret Hayes and Asst. Supt, Mrs. Madeline Meyer. District Business Administrator, Mr. Anthony DelSordi,  along with BOE members Linda Nelson, Warren McFall, Betty Woerner, Don Parisi, Sasha Slocum, and Jane Costello were present and participated in the discussions. The scheduled questions between the PTA and BOE members initiated ongoing questions from the audience. The meeting that began at 7:30 PM concluded at 10:00 PM. Refreshments were provided by Park PTA's Hospitality Committee.
