   School One PTA (2009 - 2010)

PTA Objectives

The School One PTA is a member of the National Congress of PTA, New Jersey PTA, Union County PTA and the Scotch Plains-Fanwood PTA Council. The objectives of the School One PTA are:

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community and place of worship.

To raise the standards of home life.

To secure adequate laws for the care and the protection of children and youth.

To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education.

 

Meetings

PTA Board Meetings are held in the Media Center at 7:30 pm. The meeting dates for the year 2009-2010 are:

September 22nd	May 19th
November 11th	June 9th
January 19th

PTA General Meeting dates for the year 2009-2010 are:

October 1st

January 27th

April 14th
