Guidelines toward self-understanding,
wholesome social relationships and
clarifying personal values are

This course is concerned with problems
that adolescents face on a societal level.
The major emphasis of this course will be
an in-depth study of chemical use and
abuse. Guidelines towards understanding
the problem in society terms of societal
use, peer pressure, and individual value
structures will be explored. Knowledge of
the effects of use of these drugs from a
physical and emotional level will be
explored.

Basic
Life Support [C.P.R.] is a simple,
effective proven method of administering
emergency treatment to sudden death
victims. The course will include group
lectures, practice and performance (airway
opening, breathing, and artificial
circulation - Cardiac Compression) with
realistic mannequins, and a written
examination. Emphasis is placed on living
a healthy heart lifestyle and preventing
life threatening situations.

with an overview of the stages of their
lives including Conception, Birth,

on living positively throughout life by an
understanding of self and others.

Education Program is to introduce all
students to the four major activity

Sports, Project Adventure, and Fitness and
Conditioning.
