We have received a bit of feedback from families who are not receiving all or part of SwiftK12 notifications sent by Scotch Plains-Fanwood School administrators. Many of these messages have originated from families who have registered their @comcast.com email address for SwiftK12 alerts. If you are not receiving the texts or emails that are sent via SwiftK12, please try these suggestions from SwiftK12:
- Add email@example.com to your email contact list.
- Provide an alternate email account and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or a contact at your student's school to update the Powerschool and Swiftk12 information. Please remember that changes to your account may take up to one business day to update Swiftk12 contact information.
