Employees of Scotch Plains - Fanwood Schools get paid bimonthly (two times per month). To easily see when the next pay day is, please view the following chart or download a copy of the memo.

Please note:    Any alteration to the school calendar as a result of emergency closing days may/will result in a change in payroll dates.

Re:        All Payroll Timesheets (2025-2026)

From: Melissa Burns, Payroll & Benefits Manager

Below is the payroll timesheet schedule for the 2025-2026 School Year. Please adhere to the schedule below to ensure all extra pay is paid timely. Timesheets that are not received by the deadline will be processed on the following pay date. If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Burns at (908) 232-6161 x41308.

***Please note that due to the close timing of the payrolls in December, timesheets most likely will not be entered until the following pay. The turnaround time is too close to guarantee timesheet payment.

Employees of Scotch Plains - Fanwood Public Schools are required to receive their compensation via Direct Deposit. If you need to set up or change your Direct Deposit information, there are two options:

1. Submit a Direct Deposit Authorization Form which can be downloaded here. Once you've completed this form, submit it to the Payroll Department either in person or via interoffice mail. Emailed copies of the form WILL NOT be accepted for security purposes. 
2. Log into your Frontline account (Frontline Central --> My Forms --> Forms I Can Start). Select then complete the Direct Deposit Form which will securely submit the form to the Payroll Department.

The District does not send out paystubs to employees but you can view and even print out your paystub using Doculivery.
