RSVP cards are returned to the Main Office.
This is a safe and fun-filled free all night event for all graduates on the evening of their high school commencement.
Project Graduation has been planned by volunteers and funded by grants and individual donations.
Place: Shimon & Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center
775 Talamini Road, Bridgewater
Transportation: Bus transportation is provided by SPFHS to and from the event.
Event Time: 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Student Checkin: begins @ 9:45 PM @ Door #2-near Health Office
Seniors can leave their cars in the parking lot on the Evergreen side of the building.
Police will patrol the lot during the night. It is suggested that parents drop off and pick up their graduate because of the lack of sleep that the students get.
Dress: Casual. Wear sneakers or sandals. Bring swimwear and a towel if desired.
Food: Will be provided throughout the entire evening. Donations are provided by parents and the community.
Activities: Include dancing (DJ); sports (basketball, volleyball, swimming); games and contests and just hanging out. New activities are added each year.
For the safety of all involved, this is a lockdown event. Graduates will not be allowed to leave the center until the conclusion of the event. Chaperones will accompany the graduates on the buses and will remain at the event for the entire night. We will have first aid trained people there as well as a security guard. Anyone caught to be in possession of or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate. If there is a problem, parents will be called to pick up their child. In addition, if your child becomes ill, you will be notified to pick up your child.
