    Child's Original Birth Certificate
    If you own a home, bring deed or tax bill or mortgage statement plus 3 current utilities (all originals, the office will photocopy).
    If you rent, bring current lease (original-not a copy) plus 3 utilities.
    Child's physical should be within 365 days of the first day of school.  Parents can drop off physical after registering their child.

    The only spaces that are open to public parking at Brunner School are the nine visitor parking spaces in front of the school.

    Please also note that yellow curbs signify NO PARKING permitted and handicapped spaces are for those with handicapped placards or license plates ONLY.

    According to state statute NJSA 18A:38-1, only students who are legal residents of Scotch Plains or Fanwood are eligible to attend Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public Schools. Students who are found to be non-residents and attending district schools illegally will be removed from the schools and their parents or legal guardians will be held financially liable for tuition costs while these students were in attendance. Any person who is aware of violations to this statute is asked to contact the office of Special Services at 908-232-6161, Ext. 3160.

    Upon entering the building you will immediately feel the warmth of the culture and climate that permeates the entire campus. Students’ work is proudly and prominently displayed through out the building and reflects the academically rigorous curriculum with which our students engage on a daily basis. The staff of Brunner Elementary develops and implements lessons which provide engaging educational experience for students as well as support and encouragement for all learners. The Brunner PTA is a wonderfully active and positive organization that, through fundraising and volunteering, provides many enriching activities for our students and support for our staff.
