Is anyone else hearing all about how amazing he was at home? My kiddos haven't stopped talking about him!!
Each grade had a unique presentation that included helpful writing tips, insightful personal experiences about his writing and illustrating journey and easy to follow illustration lessons. Mr. Mack showed how he uses old school techniques and modern technology to produce his artwork which was amazing for the students and staff to see.As a surprise, Mr. Mack chose Coles School to debut his new book which he shared with students in 2nd grade. They were treated to the inaugural reading of Just A Story, available in the fall of 2020 so keep an eye out for it. Many of Mr. Mack's other books are available at the Media Center. His clever use of words and images are entertaining for both adults and kids.
On Thursday, Mr. Mack hosted writing and illustration workshops for each 4th grade class. Students got to experience being an illustrator of someone else's story as well as being authors. The Powers of Social Media Discussion by Law Enforcement and SPF Administrators - December 9, 2019Join members of Union County Law Enforcement & SPF Administration for a discussion on the powers of Social Media, our responsibility as users and an education on the legalities and safety concerns of posting on December 9, 2019 at 7:30 pm at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School.
