• Take Your Child to Work Day - April 24

    Take your Child to Work Day is scheduled for Thursday, April 24.  If you are planning on having your child join you at your place of work, please fill out this form.  Please complete one form for each child. By completing this form, you DO NOT need to call the attendance line to leave a message about the absence or fill out the PowerSchool form

  • Books Over Break! - form due by April 25th

    Did your student read 20 minutes per day from April 12th-20th? If so, make sure they fill out their Books Over Break forms to earn a free book! Forms were sent home in backpacks before break or can be printed at home here. Hand in by April 25th -book distribution will take place on Thursday, May 1st!

  • Picasso Pieces for the Planet! - due April 25th

    Get creative and go green! We’re challenging students to use recycled materials and cardboard to craft an abstract Picasso-inspired face for our Earth Day celebration. Your masterpiece will be displayed in our front showcase to highlight the beauty of sustainability and creativity!

    Deadline: All faces must be submitted to the office by Friday, April 25th.

    Please make sure your name and class is on the back of your creation.

  • Volunteer Appreciation Tea - April 28 from 2:15 - 2:45 PM

    We hope you will join us for the 2025 Volunteer Tea on April 28 in the multipurpose room. Please come and enjoy being celebrated.

  • Staff Appreciation Week - May 5th to 9th

    Coles Teachers and Staff are Wicked Oz-Some

    Staff Appreciation Week is May 5th-9th and we want to show our fantastic staff that we think they're WICKED OZ-SOME!! Please help us do so by signing up to fill a gift bag or two to be given to them during the week! 

    We request that each bag has a value of $25. Each staff member will complete a fun questionnaire to help guide you to fill their bags with some of their favorites!

    Please note that you will receive an email at a later date with your assigned teacher(s)/staff member(s).

  • Sharing Lunches - May 6th

    Students will be sent home with a brown paper bag the day prior. Please fill with a lunch consisting of a condiment-free sandwich, drink, healthy snack, and a treat. Filled bags should be sent back with your child Tuesday morning and dropped into collection bins located outside of classrooms.

    Donated lunches are brought to the Salvation Army by our committee members.

    For parents new to the Sharing Lunches program, we have an FAQ sheet on our website.

  • Spring Book Fair - May 8 and 9

    It is time to stock up on your favorite books for summer break! We have an amazing list of books and gifts for you to buy. The Book Fair will be after school ONLY on:

    Thursday, May 8th - 6:00pm - 8:00pm

    Friday, May 9th - 3:30pm - 5:00pm

    (Please do not send money to school with your child)

    What is better than shopping for books??? Getting gift certificates for MORE books! At the Book Fair, submit a raffle ticket for each book purchased for a chance to win Gift Certificates!

    Make room on your shelves by donating your old books and make room for great summer reads! We will also be collecting books for donation, bring your children's books in good condition to the Book Fair.
