For further guidance, please refer to the Daily Home Checklist and our Student Illness/Exposure Protocols. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email your school's nurse.
If you are a SPFSD Staff member reporting a COVID positive case or close contact to a COVID positive individual, please use the Human Resources Reporting form.
