Our students develop abstract and quantitative reasoning abilities, effective communication and analysis skills, and perseverance in solving real-world problems.
Girls Who Code’s FREE Summer Immersion Program (SIP) will be virtual again in 2021.
Please note that the 2021 Virtual SIP Domestic US application deadline has passed. HOWEVER, students can still complete our online application to be directly added to the Waitlist .
What is SIP?
Participation is 100% free, and need-based stipends of up to $300 and tech support are available for those who qualify.
Applicants must be current 9-11th grade students (rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors) who identify as female, non-binary, or gender non-conforming.
Participants can be beginners or already have some computer science experience.
