Movement and exercise are critical commitments we make to ourselves. Being physically healthy is a key component to being emotionally resilient. Integrating movement and exercise into our lives heightens our awareness of our power. Not only do our bodies need the increased blood and oxygen flow that doing some exercise provides but it's good for us mentally. It's a healthy habit.
