Enrollment Process
The process for enrolling your child in the SPF Preschool Program is different from registering a child for Kindergarten through Grade 12 due to the limited number of preschool spots available. There are three phases to this process.
-
Phase 1: Application (starting April 13, 2024)
The Preschool Application for the 2024-2025 school year will be available online starting April 13th at 10:00am. If you have any difficulty accessing the Google Form application, please email the Preschool Office at preschool@spfk12.org.
-
Phase 2: Placement Offer (May 2024)
In May, after class sections and staffing have been determined, placement offers will be sent to families. This offer will indicate the school and session (AM or PM) in which a space has been reserved for your child. We strive to place children in a school based on the address where they reside according to the District Street Index, although that is not always possible due to the number of applications received and the number of spaces available at each school.
-
Phase 3: Registration (June 2024)
To register your child for the SPF Preschool Program for the 2024-2025 school year, you must have already received a placement offer from the Preschool Office (see Step 2 above).
Accepting Your Child's Placement Offer
Mail in the tuition deposit to accept your child's placement offer. Full instructions for accepting, or declining, your child's placement offer will be included in your placement letter.
Online Registration
Once the Preschool Office has received your tuition deposit indicating that you accept your child's placement, you may officially register your child through our online system. Instructions for doing so will be provided at that time.
Download, print, and complete the Medical Packet. Please note that you must have a PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) installed on your computer. The Preschool Office will contact you to schedule the in-person registration appointment.
